Goalkeeper's needed Whitchurch Saints Ladies Hockey Club always need Goalkeepers. Saints is one of the leading ladies hockey clubs in Wales with 5 senior teams, two of which will be playing in the Premier 1 Division of the South Wales League this coming season. We also have under 18s, under 15s and Veterans teams playing at a highly competitive level. New players (especially Goalkeepers) are always welcome at Saints whatever your age or ability. So, if you are moving to Cardiff over the Summer or already live in the area and would like to play for a friendly and dynamic hockey club, please get in touch with Moira at welshmoi@hotmail.com or come along to training on Wednesday evenings from 7th September at Whitchurch High School, 6-7pm for youth training and 7-8 pm for senior club training (also 1hr at The National Hockey Centre at Sophia Gardens on Monday evenings, 7-8pm)

SWL Players of the year - Congratulations to the following from Saints who were voted player of the year in their division. Prem - 1 Erin Gough - Erin was also voted player of the year in the whole of Prem 1. Prem 2 - Sam Collis, Div 1 - Min Kansagra and Div 3 - Elspeth Samuel.
