Important Message from Moira....

Hi everyone As the club continues to expand we are asking for more people to help with the club organisation. If you think you can help with the following please let me know asap. We (members of the committee) are currently really stretched with our own positions and cannot do much more but with so many members in the club I am positive someone will say "yes, I can help".

Sunday Saints Coordinator and/or Captain:
As the club continues to swell in size we have introduced an extra team to combat our growth. The Sunday Saints will play on yep you’ve guessed it Sundays every 3-4 weeks and will be for those individuals that cannot play on Saturdays due to work commitments, vets players, youth players etc. If we can get a co-ordinator and or captain to organise this and it's successful then the fixtures could be put in more often than every 3-4 weeks.

Responsibilities
- Liaise with Goldie to organize Fixtures and that pitch is booked for home games
- Communicate with selection Committee to ensure a full team is selected for fixtures, communicate this to club members involved

Indoor Coordinator:
The indoor season runs for 4-5 weeks over the January Break and Saints have entered a team into the league this season. Indoor is great for Fitness and skill.

Responsibilities
- Find training venues for indoor sessions
- Ensure squad at every league game

I am trying to arrange an umpire theory course. I am looking for at least 1 volunteer from each team please.
The more umpires we have the less often I will need to call on umpires so your help would be appreciated.

The dates I am thinking of are 19,20,26 or 27th of this month with a view to having a practice match on the 31st perhaps or at some tournament arranged for new umpires in November.

If you could consider the above and let me know availability for any of these dates that would be great. Thanks in advance! Please email me for your availability.
