INDOOR TRAINING
Saints are entering the indoor league again this season.  We entered last season for the first time in years and the girls who played really enjoyed the experience.
If you are interested in playing indoor hockey then training is on Weds evenings, 9-10pm at Radyr Comp School (indoor sports hall).  Whitchurch Men are training there from 8pm-9pm so we're using the hour after.  We are limited to numbers so please only attend if you are available to play in the indoor hockey league in January (mostly all day Saturdays and 1 possible Sunday)  Selection for indoor will be Weds, 30th at Radyr.

** If you are interested and don't particularly want to train twice on a Weds evening please talk to your team captain and explain why you won't be at the main outdoor session in Whitchurch at 7pm.  **

OUTDOOR TRAINING
Monday night training at WIS finishes next Monday, 28th November.  It starts again on Mon, 9th January 2012.
** The rota for tonight is 4th team and then All Saints next Monday **
Weds night training finishes on Weds, 7th December - our Xmas meal is Weds, 14th December (get your tickets from Vikki or Julie)
It starts again on Weds, 4th January 2012.

Finding our training ground

From the M4 - Leave the M4 at Junction 32, signposted Cardiff (N), then at roundabout to the exit signposted A470, continue on this road until you pass Whitchurch Golf Club on your left, then at the traffic lights turn left into Tyn-Y-Parc Road. Continue up road until you reach the traffic lights, then turn right onto Pant Bach Road, take the 2nd right onto Cae Gwyn Road then at the traffic lights turn right, back onto Manor Way and then turn left into Whitchurch Lower school / Powerleague.

Please note the entrance to the school is via Manor Way, North bound. The rear entrance to the school is closed at weekends and after 7pm. If you do end up at the rear end of the school turn around and turn right onto Old Church Road then straight ahead at the traffic lights. Then right onto Pant Bach Road, take the 2nd right onto Cae Gwyn Road then at the traffic lights turn right, back onto Manor Way and then turn left into Whitchurch Lower school / Powerleague.

Senior training

Senior training starts at 7.00pm runs to 8.00pm
Monday training at WIS 7-8pm for 1st and 2nd Team squads

The sessions are coached by Dougie Young (Mon 7-8pm at WIS and Weds 7-8pm at WHS).  

Under 15 training sessions coached by Becca Daniels.  

Youth training

Youth training starts at 6.00pm and runs to 7.00pm every Wednesday coached by Becca Daniels.

13 years and under - training is on Tuesday nights 6-7pm at Fairwater with Whitchurch Youth.
